Helping Service Businesses Capture the Revenue They’re Already Earning
After 30 years in the automotive industry, I founded Automate & Advance to help businesses improve operational performance by tightening the systems that drive revenue.
Most companies focus on generating more leads.
But in many operations — especially service businesses — revenue often leaks through the cracks long before marketing becomes the real problem.
Missed calls, inconsistent follow-up, and lack of visibility into close rates quietly cost businesses jobs they already had a chance to win.
Automate & Advance was created to solve that problem: bringing structure, clarity, and measurable improvement to the way opportunities move through a business.

Who I Work With
Automate & Advance currently works with HVAC companies in Michigan and Ohio running 20 or more service calls or estimates per week.
Businesses that already have lead flow but aren’t completely confident every opportunity is being captured and followed up consistently.
If this sounds like you’re operation, you’re likely a good fit for a Revenue Leak Review.
Experience Snapshot
- 30+ Years in Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations
- Former Product Engineer – Tier 1 Automotive Programs
- 18 Years in Sales & Program Management
- MBA – Business, Finance & Operations
- Background in systems, efficiency, and operational improvement
My Background
I started my career on the shop floor of a small automotive parts manufacturer — running machines, inspecting parts, and learning firsthand what makes a shop tick.
After earning my engineering degree, I spent 12 years as a Product Engineer, managing designs and launches for Tier 1 automotive suppliers.
I later transitioned into Sales and Program Management, where I spent the next 18 years leading customer programs, coordinating cross-functional teams, and constantly identifying opportunities to protect margins and improve operational performance.
During that time I also earned my MBA, strengthening my background in finance, accounting, and business management.
Those experiences shaped how I approach every project today:
Not as a marketer.
Not as a software vendor.
But as someone focused on how systems inside a business affect revenue outcomes.
The Pattern I Saw Repeated
Across many organizations — large and small — I noticed the same issue appearing again and again:
Revenue wasn’t always lost because of poor products or lack of demand.
It was lost because systems weren’t built to consistently capture opportunity.
Opportunities slipped through when:
• follow-up wasn’t structured
• visibility into performance was limited
• teams were too busy to chase every lead
• processes relied too heavily on memory instead of systems
These small operational gaps compound over time.
That insight is what ultimately led to the creation of Automate & Advance.
How I Work
I work with HVAC business owners to find where revenue is slipping through the cracks — and then I fix it and run it for them.
That means building and operating the systems that handle speed to lead, estimate follow-up, and lead reactivation. The tools are on my side. Owners don’t configure anything or learn new software.
The focus is on measurable outcomes — more leads converting to booked jobs, with full visibility into what’s working.
• speed to lead
• estimate follow-up
• lead reactivation
• visibility into close rates and recovered jobs
The goal isn’t complexity.
It’s clarity, consistency, and measurable improvement.
What You Can Expect

Focus on measurable financial impact
Respect for the systems already working in your business
Clear communication and structured implementation
Automate & Advance exists to strengthen the systems that drive revenue — not to replace the ones that already work.
The Mission of Automate & Advance
To help HVAC companies in Michigan and Ohio capture the revenue already moving through their business — by running the follow-up systems that turn more leads into booked jobs.
Because when internal performance is structured and measurable, growth becomes far more predictable.
